Placement Network Transitional Housing
Support Our Shelter & Make a Difference Today
Provide someone in need with an opportunity to improve their life by supporting Placement Network Transitional Housing. Our children’s and women’s shelter is committed to helping those in need in San Diego, California and Nation Wide. Contact us today to make a donation or volunteer. We assist our clients with job placement, finances (rent and deposit assistance), drug and alcohol abuse counseling, vices, and physical and mental abuse counseling referrals. Our shelter is linked to mental health and abuse centers, social welfare departments, and all community outreach programs.
Helping the Homeless
Streets are made to walk on, not sleep on. We get people immediately off of the street and offer back-to-work programs and on-the-job training to help them become self-sufficient for the long term.
For the Children
Our after-school programs help keep our kids off the streets. We help runaway teenagers, pregnant youth, newly HIV-diagnosed teens, and children without a stable home environment, as well as LGBT youth who have been thrown out of their homes and children who have been molested or bullied.
We operate strictly from contributions made by private and corporate donors to our nonprofit charities. All proceeds go to supporting and housing newly homeless women, children, and veterans in crisis. Donations are tax deductible.
Placement Network Transitional Housing is always looking for volunteers to help us support the community. Click here to contact us and learn more about our available opportunities. We hope to find volunteers willing to provide at least three to six hours of their time per month to
